The project brief on this website prepares an email for you to review and send using your email app. We receive the information only when you send it. WhatsApp and email links open the selected external service, which has its own privacy practices.

Your language choice is kept for this browsing session. JUNO uses the information published on this website. Messages are sent to our website service to prepare a reply. If AI mode is enabled, your question and recent messages are also sent to OpenAI to generate the answer. Please do not share sensitive information. The conversation display resets when you leave or reload the page. No advertising analytics have been added to this version.
Client accounts and verification
When account access is enabled, Google Firebase processes your phone number and SMS verification for sign-in and abuse prevention. AJH stores your name, contact email, business details, requests, replies and shared documents in Firebase. Your contact email is not verified by the phone sign-in step. Your account session is held in secure, HttpOnly cookies. Only authorized staff can manage client records.
Optional activity sharing
You can choose to share your approximate location and current account section with your AJH team while using the client portal. This is off by default. It does not request GPS location or record what you type, passwords, or payment details. Sessions stop appearing after two minutes without an update. Turn the option off to stop sharing.
